finish my simple news app in swift xcode

I have a few things left in my doc to work on ios xcode swift. As i have the basic things all written what more need to do is. 1) after people install the app and pass the intro and terms, they get a page to enter a photo so it register on there phone like a semi member so. 2) utf-8 need to be on the news that is already there. so spechal characters comes in the txt 3) Put the code to print a image that will be in admin upload. ( use to put ads if there is no picture it will be blank) 4) Add comment to news so people can put there comments on each news. 5) A normal notification plus a pop out notification The ios as i said its already written in xcode swift. The info you can get them if you good in xamarin or just to our home coder can give you how to do it, or give you sort api etc ( it will be easy). You can check also the app in android so you know what is the working of the app. When you bid you get info of the android app, the doc that need to work and later on if accept you you will get also the help of the home coder. we will give the simple task here for 75$.
