Chef Server Installation questions

Please note my Chef server installation is not working as was previously working?

Please note the installation is failing now when I do a new build; the server has been failing and have been working to address the suggestions by googling?

(Is $10 ok?) (If not how much?) We can do FIXED or HOURLY (of any time you spend with me)?
