Budget: 30k INR/Month
• IT Support Experience: 1-3 Years
• Excellent command on English (Verbal and Written).
• Communicate with the users via call and email.
• Experience working in Handling Work/Job Tickets.
• Configuration, Monitoring & Troubleshooting of LAN, WAN, Routers, Switches etc.
• Experience working on RMM and Ticketing tool.
• Support experience with Windows Server 2008, 2012 and later
• Experience working on AD, DNS, DHCP, etc.
• Must have good analytic and troubleshooting skills
• Must be willing to work 24/7 shifts.
• Troubleshooting on Password Reset tools and Remote Control tools
• Troubleshooting of MS Windows & Office, Desktops, Laptops MacBook and Networking
• Troubleshooting Application and Workplace IT & Communications & Collaboration Support (including IP Telephony)
• Experience with using and troubleshooting Outlook 2013 within a network environment (permissions, calendar sharing, delegation)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on Windows 7, Windows 10 and Office 2013
Nice to have:
• Knowledge of networks and experience of Cisco networking routers/switches
• Windows server administration/implementation
• Knowledge and experience with VMWare
• Working experience with US-based customer.
• Previous experience in IT support companies are preferable
