We are looking for a technical support person, to be able to help our customers, install and use our software. The Ideal candidate would require excellent spoken and written English, as well an expert level skills navigating the Microsoft Windows Eco system.
Typically the success full candidate would receive a service requests from our company with relevant details, then they will be required to remotely log into the clients computer to install or trouble shoot our product.
