Windows 2012 Plesk Services to Windows 2016 migration

We have a VPS running Windows 2012 R2 and Plesk, with a website and we need to migrate it to a new VPS with Windows 2016 Server. This is a stand alone server, not networked or under any domain of Windows, only Internet domain. Windows 2016 Datacenter version is configured basically. From our side the antivirus will be already installed before migration starts as well as other tools, like unzip or similar. Migration should deliver: 1) fully functional services, 2) a backed up actual site (and databases). 3) site must have Let'sEncrypt auto SSL working, as it is now. 4) Auto backups must be directed to another server and/or disk for the new configuration, actually are on another mounted disk. 5) Firewall Windows must be tuned and 6) a document should contain the tables (ports in/out protocols and permissions), for the server and Plesk services (web, mail services, backup or any other). This project will start next week and should be done on 26 and/or 27 of March. The delivered project is considered done after end user do all tests and give a written approval.
