Commission at $25/policy sold. After 90 days from RTS, agents are expected to reach minimum benchmarks of 70 policies/week. The weekly salary will be altered to $25 commission/policy with an $800/week guarantee draw. We will also launch additional bonus incentives based on performance and tiered commissions.
