Create Gif Animations

We are looking for someone to turn a question into a gif cartoon animation to test young children’s creativity (4-10 years old). This might turn into a long term project. We need to have questions or problems converted regularly; almost one to two a week. Requirement: demonstrate the question with a simple and fun “storyline” with gif animation. Need not imply, hint or suggest any clue or answer. For a start, please quote how much you would charge to produce a gif animation for the below 2 questions. Will explore long term contract if we like what we see.
