3D Model the Oakland Tribune Tower

I need the Oakland Tribune Tower modeled with textures so that it can be 3D printed. The model can be created from online pictures and there is a basic SketchUp model online that can be used for basic proportions:

The basic model above would need to have details added to it such as the windows and more detail put into modeling the sign that goes around the tower. The end result will need to be a WRL files with textures. The building will be printed small, so the modeling doesn't need to be super detailed.
