Unreal Engine 4 Project (3d Building game)

I am a big fan of the game "rust", and I want the game to have the building ground from the game (characters, the maps etc). I love the building prospect of the game, but I am sell in love with people using this game as a "Call Of Duty" game, instead of the MMORPG it really is suppose to be. So basically, I "Unity" OR "Unreal Engine 4" this could be easily done. What I want is to focus on the building, bringing in the thousands of small items out there for UE4 and Unity and put them into the game for usage. I am not accepting ANYONE else but native english speakers, as I am done messing around with indian coders, who steal my money and get away from it, and resulted in a suspenion for some time. I would love to talk more about the project, and showcase the person who find this project interesting the gems this game will have.
