Architecture Design

Good day there, As we do have a shopping mall project, we are on the Schematic Design stage (SD). The mall is going to be built up by Shipping containers from different sizes, very similar to the BoxPark in Dubai, or a mix between that and the one in Vegas. However, the land is 3.4 acres and we are thinking to have it 2 level mall, and utilizing about 400 containers. There will be retail store and restaurant area. We would like to outsource this stage of project. We need an Architectural Designer, that can help us. We need to know what plans and files you will provide to us, what would be your deliverable items and your price. And please name what you require from me.
