3D Environment for Unity

We are looking to hire a talented graphic artist who can produce an elite level 3D environment with amazing textures that are equal to or superior to the following demo video: [login to view URL] The specific requirements of the product are as follows: Complete 3D track environment with a surface that can be changed from Dirt / Turf (both textures will be required) Textures and maps that will be integrated into Unity (without quality loss, may require the designer to assist in deployment). Scenarios: We need a daytime, nighttime, foggy, and rain environment that can be toggled easily. This is a chance for an elite up and coming artist to get their product featured on a live gaming site that has over 25,000 active players. We will give a maximum of 90 days for the work to be completed once the contract is signed. As a side note, if you have the ability, we would like to discuss the addition of: Horse Models and rigging - again elite quality in terms of texturing and detail. Also , we would like to have the horses kick up dirt/turf from their hooves and leave prints in the ground if possible.
