hi there i, Attached please find a basement layout. I would like to have a design with sketches or 3D modeling. In the sitting room I need to have one sofa bed and a chair. The TV would be on the wall between two windows. In the sitting room there is one tall cabinet with some shelves. I need a linen closet in the hallway. In the bathroom I have one 21" wall mount vanity with 18" dept ( brown color wood). The shower has a sliding glass door and bench. There is 37" entrance door on the wall next to the chair.
