hello, I can do it in SketchUp. I would need more photos. I'm thinking of starting with a photogrammetric model to get the main proportions.

Hi there, I use 3DsMax, and VRay. What I can offer is a model of the house like the goal image. I will need one day to do it, however I place an additional day if you have any remarks. My plan to approach the job is to set the scale using considering entrance door to be about 100 cm. wide. Or railing of 80 cm. or stairs of 17 cm high. After getting the scale right, I will use lines wit shell and extrude to create the walls. Than I will put windows, some inner walls and the roof with proper mapping. I am not sure what will you need this for. But as an output I can give an image, similar to the goal, or 3d model in Max, 3Ds, Obj or FBX format. If you use V-Ray proper materials can be created. If you plan to use it in real time I can do PBR materials, and vertex color, especially if you plan to use Unity. Work samples and testimonials, can be found on my profile.
