This project needs a deeper understanding of the liquid you are talking about. Also, if air can't come in then we are talking about vacuum being created inside which will lead to collapsing of the glass bottle under pressure. So we to understand more details here before coming to how we can achieve that. Thanks, Abhishek

Proposed solution: If you need continuous motion of liquid, there will have to be some power source which enables that. We can use a screw mechanism (like in the screw pump) to extract a precise amount to liquid each time. Solenoid could be used but that will not be precise.

being an engineer i believe i can do the job in better way. first of all the extraction will be through suction process.. then to keep the fluid moving we have to install moving stirir on the head of the bottle.. to make it move up and down we can install screw (pump) in middle driven by motor on top

To make a cavity/room(50ml) with inlet direction different from the out let direction . so when you want to take a 50 ml from the bottle rotate it to fill the cavity then rotate it in other direction to drop out th 50ml. YOU ARE NOT TAKING THE IDEAS FROM THE PROPOSALS WITHOUT PAYING FOR, ARE YOU ? *note: don't use capital letters a lot, It make reader nervous. ;)

Hi, After reading the project brief carefully, I can help with the conceptual drawing and propose a workable idea in glass environment. For every new product development, there will be few stages, this would be the preliminary stage. After careful thought, I have an idea which I would like to propose. 1. Bottle Body - Glass Enviroment 2. Handheld Internal Screw Drive Components c/w Flat Thin Soft Silicone Piece (Food Grade) with Multiple Array of Slits to push the liquid out, the measurement will be printed on glass body, each extract will be in 50ml. The extract reading will start from TOP. 3. I am not exactly sure the total volume of this bottle but I do suggest an extended connector to connect to the internal screw drive system to drive the Flat Thin Soft Silicone Piece down if this bottle is tall.

Make a moveable (rotating and translating) platform at the bottom of the container to keep the liquid moving and create pressure to press 50 ml though a nozzle.
