I'm doing product design, industrial design, reverse engineering, ideation, etc. I have over 15 years experience working on various systems/devices across multiple industries, from concept to launch. 1 - do you have the 3d model of the object to be inserted? (step, iges file would be great...), or is necessary to be recreated? 2 - what material and consequently the technology would you like to use? (from velvet cover over a support, to eva foam and thermoformed trays is a big difference...) 3 - in which category is the product? regular/common or luxury? 4 - how the product should be held? two helves or one tray with/without cover? 5 - which is the weight of the product? (in order to know if will be necessary top make some ribs/reinforcements...) 6 - is only one product, or you have accessories too? (ex for a phone, will have the charger, the cable, headphones, etc) Regards Bogdan
