Hi there This is a very ambitious project, first let me talk about the system that need to be designed in order to get the car running: 1) Electric motor 2) Regenerative brakes system 3) Batteries and system to charge and discarge to the motor Those three system are the basics that we will need to design, after that we can add all the luxury and features that you may want to add. I have follow closely the development of Tesla motors and even read his history, they took about 3 year to develop all the first working prototype and about $10m to $20m, are you concious of that and wandering to invest or raise that funds to make this project possible?
