Design a plug handle for electrical cord

We need you to design a plug handle to fit onto the end of the cable as shown. The handle should be a two-piece "clam shell" design so it can be assembled without removing the plug terminals. The dimensions should be approximately 5 inches (127 mm) square and 9 inches (230 mm) long. If you're hired, of course I will provide you with all the exact dimensions of the cable and the existing plug end. The attached photos show what we're working with. One of the photos shows an example plug handle - your design should not be exactly the same, but it should be of a visually compatible appearance. I've also attached a poorly drawn sketch of the type of handle that could work well here. You will need to design the handle and make sure it would fit the existing cord and plug end according to the dimensions I will provide. Allow for seals to maintain IP55 rating for water-resistance. Deliverables will need to be in an industry-standard format ready for 3D-printing (STL format preferred).
