FEM Fluid Analysis

A Finite Element Model in ANSYS will be provided. The initial model is poorly designed, thus having a lot of problems for the fluid analysis we are trying to achieve. We are trying to achieve enclosure of the given model in a closed box with fluid (air) elements, but so far we have seen that this can't be achieved via ANSYS. The best way to overcome the difficulties would be a re-design of the model via Rhino (or some other similar software).
Additional details will be given.
