gameprogrammers and conceptartists

hello i am looking for help from gameprogrammers and conceptartists on monthly base gameprogrammer must know how to work with shadergraph, vfx (unity) and amplify shader (and help artists) must be able to communicate on daily basis for 5 out of 7 preferable knows the latest ways to program in unity good knowledge c# and oop principles know and use all unity libraries Have at least experience in finished games if online give me example ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- concept artist: must be able to work well with colors, painting regulary (digital) and matte painting techniques preferably be able to make animated matte paintings to. Must be able to paint characters in different styles. Must be willing to chat 2 times a week and use tracking software whilst working.
