Industrial product designer to create a 3d model of a clear plastic container for injection molding

I am looking for someone to help me create a transparent smell container to be used to display tea/cannabis in stores. I have listed the product requirements below:
Product requirements:
1. be transparent;
2. be secured (affixed or tethered) to the showcase/counter; (I have identified a product to meet this requirement - it will either screw into the bottom of the container or use an adhesive pad - i can send you the product info)
3. have a tamper-proof container that prevents access to the product contained within; (this would likely be accomplished with a transparent security seal tape)
4. have a maximum volume no more than 500 ml.
5. have a mechanism which allows the user to smell the contents when desired but should remain with an air-tight seal when idle. This is the part I need the most help with.
Nice to have:
· Shouldn’t be too large to avoid dwarfing contents or requiring a large amount of cannabis to be placed inside. Around 230ml seems to be a good size.
· Should include a place to hold a hydration pack inside the jar to keep the contents fresh (dimensions are around 35mm x 45mm x 5mm).
· Contents should sit close to the aroma plug but remain visible from a side view
· Multiple panes or large window which magnifies the contents of the jar.
· Customisable in terms of branding the container
· Consider the possibility of an accompanying display stand to hold the jar
· Potential feature to hold an information card
I am looking for someone who has experience with this type of project and can help me design a product that will be suitable for a number of years. This will require an injection mold therefore I need someone who can create an attractive and functional container accommodating the above elements while identifying key considerations such as durability, how the user will interact with the container etc.
