Make changes in house project (Revit)

I need for some changes in a Revit project. It´s a house (with 2 floors) and I´d like to change the external details to make it like the picture attached. The changes to do are: - To change the roofs, external walls, windows, doors, balcony, colors, etc. - The balcony can be extend if need - The doors and windows also can be extended - Doors can be added - The swiming pool and the backyard is not necessary I need, also, two versions of the building (in RVT file), including all the changes described above but with different foundations on terrain. The first version (as is currently) without change the foundation and the second version, using a foundation higher in the terrain. I guess you must put the entire building in a high level, over a base. I attached a figure as an example to understand better. I will provide the original RVT file. So you must change it according the details above and send me the RVT modified.
