Mechanical engineering: pushing a plunger with a servo

i have checked the image of the syringe plunger and i can attach it with the servo motor. i have one question: is that possible to change the motor position or we are stick with this position and need to design the linkage of the desired position anyways whatever it is i can design it . thanks ashraf shekh design solutions

Hi..I am Ujang from Indonesia,RnD mechanical engineer. I can finish this project less than 3 hours..what you need is the the servo motor holder and a special linkage between servo motor pin and the syringe handle. And i think your product is so small so all the 3D printer machine can fit the size. By how much is it possible to alter the plunger design? I was thinking about adding an extra pivot to its free end with angled arm allowing the pin to freely rotate.
