This is a small job for a restaurant.
total area space 49 Square meters approximately which is most are the kitchen.
The scope of work required :
- MEP design for the shop.
- Calculate the power load for the equipment.
- Calculate the AC units needed.
- Make drainage and grease trap point and all plumping needed points.
- Make electrical points based on equipment.
- Do any other mechanical work as suggested by the expert.
- 3D rendering.
