3D modeling of a House in 3DMax2016

This project is required to create a full 3D model in 3dstudio from AutoCAD drawings perspective of the a House. The model should has all elements of the house including building façade and gate. The objective for the owners to use the 3D model to change and experiment of façade materials so we can add lights for our lighting design. it is required to submit your work on a (.max) 3dstudio 2016 format. It is very important to group elements together and it should be easy for us to change materials of the model.
