I'm a mechanical engineer - specialized in the industrial robotic field, 3D designer and modeler (from time to time and some projects I could make the functional prototype too). I'm doing product design, industrial design, reverse engineering, ideation, etc. I have over 15 years experience working on various systems/devices across multiple industries, from concept to launch. 1 - when it comes about stackability, we're talking about how the bottom of the bottle fit with the cap... same time, if the stack is to high, it makes the bottle at the base layer to collapse... 2 - the solution is ok for carbonated beverages... 3 - for a better stability, it is recommended the bottles to be squared instead of cylindrical...
