project to model 2 models in 3dsmax

models will consist of a two storey and three storey in 3ds max.
Below will be the project description. You will be paid if everything is follow accordingly. I have past modellers do not even fullfil half of the description. So dont bid if you can't fullfil it.
Modeling unit required :
2 modeling;
a. 1 unit x S&P 2 Storey
b. 1 unit x S&P 3 Storey
Please take note on these before start modeling:
a. Please model using only 3Ds max software ( DO NOT model in revit or others and convert into 3Ds max )
b. Please reduce polygon/vertex count as much as possible for better viewport performance.
c. Please group elements individually ( e.g. all window frames in 1 group, all glass in 1 group, all doors in 1 group, all internal wall in 1 group and etc etc )
d. For roof, use of the batzal roof designer plug-in is highly recommended.
e. Take note of the dwg drawing detailing as client is very meticulous on detailing. ( e.g, the groove line, copping, roof fall direction/ angle etc etc )
f. Please model in actual scale.
