Hello!
I am a native Bulgarian, residing in the country as well, have a University level education(hold Masters in Engineering), have very good command(IMHO) over both Bulgarian and English. I have done numerous translation jobs in the past, not all comissioned through this site though, several of which of Gambling related material, both of online as well as offline printouts.
The general rule of thumb I am using is - the usual charge is 3US cents per word(this includes as many proofreading rounds as necessary on my end) fo specialized content. For non-specialized (some may refer to it as street language) the usual charge is half of that, meaning 1,5US cents per word(same proofing rule apply).
Because the actual content pertinent to this job is unknown, to me at this point, and that there may be need for (sometimes maybe) full rewriting in order for the content to sit well with the target audience the expense tied with this job I assess as towards the top charge, so the bid is towards those 3US cents per word.
I am OK to do a sample translation for assessment purposes, in order to avoid any bad experience(on both sides of the contract equally).
Kind Regards,
Dobri
