You spared the most important bits, namely the length of the text, in the original, as well as either share a sample of it, or disclose the Industry and level of language used, so there's really no factual things to base the bid on. Thus I just place arbitrtary numbers in there, for the time being, until you fill what's lacking in your brief. By the way, speaking of 'No machine translations' it makes really a bad first impression to be having your own writing to be a machine translation in its own right. It would have been much better if you wrote it in English(or French, as you claim to be a Canadian, or at least be residing in that Country). You are looking for translation into English in the first place, so the people bidding are inherently expected to be able to read English writing. Now, please, address the points made above about what's lacking in your advertisement so I, and everybody else for that matter, can properly assess the job and make an actual offer regarding the costs and time for delivery.
