Every line from the scans must be captured faithfully, with chapter titles, section headings, and sub-headings clearly distinguished so the final text mirrors the original structure. Once the typing is complete, export the file as a clean, fully searchable PDF. Margins and basic paragraph spacing are enough; no elaborate layout is required, but accuracy in spelling, punctuation, and historical dates is essential. Deliverables • Searchable PDF with all pages typed, including headings and sub-headings • Editable source file (Word or Docs) for future revisions I’ll start by sending a small batch of pages for a quality check.
