For spelling matching the source exactly - I follow the source, not the spell-checker. If the printed document has an unusual spelling or an abbreviation, it stays as printed and gets flagged rather than silently corrected. Two questions: 1. Roughly how many pages, and how many lines per page? "A stack" could be 20 pages or 300, and I'd rather quote you honestly than revise later. 2. How will you send the documents - flatbed scans, or photographs taken with a phone? Phone photos of paper are considerably harder to read accurately, so it affects both the timeline and the error rate.
