Requirements

Create a document to describe how to do the below, using step by step approach and screenshots

Configure the system if needed, and document configurations of OTRS and/or ubuntu to

[login to view URL] outgoing emails to customer/requestor, after ticket creation

[login to view URL] emails, upon ticket creation using the customer portal by a customer, and in turn create a ticket in a queue based on received email

[login to view URL] ticket based on email being sent to a specific email address

Success criteria

• System is able to do what is listed in the requirements section above

• The steps are clearly documented
