Complexe chess like 3D game for Android

Hello, we need a high skilled freelancer/agency which is able to turn our app idea into a fully functional android 3D game. The idea behind it is a complexe, chess like 3D strategy game with the "drawn" render'ized cartoonish look of "Clash of Clans". Furthermore, it should include the following components and everything that goes with it: - A loading screen (with company logo) when the app gets started - A Menu where you can select between Play (to play a game), your collection (to see which towers you have and to buy towers, powerups and arena designs) and settings - Two Currencies: Coins and Diamonds - Coins: You earn them by wining a game, or by spin and scratchcard. You can also buy Coins. - Diamonds: You can only win them by Spin or Scratchcard, or by levelup. Otherwise you have to buy a pack of diamonds. - Spin: Every 24h a free spin to win Coins, Diamonds, Towers or Powerups. You can also buy Spins with Diamonds (like in Miniclips "8 ball pool") - Scratch: You can only buy Scratchcards with Diamonds. Scratchcards have higher winnings than Spins. (like in Miniclips "8 ball pool") - Different types of towers with unique game behavior and designs - Unique animations for tower selection, tower movement and tower destruction - Different types of powerups with unique enhancements - Different types of arena designs Examples of 3D work you've done and mobile games you've developed are desired.
