NATIVE iOS and Android APP - hybrid cards game

I am looking to hire a unity 3D expert to work on a game project with me my designer and my coder (0 experience on unity, although has knowledge on html, css, c#, java...) This contest is for a fast prototype of some of the functions below. I am building a online (site-based) extension of the physical game. I plan to develop a native app for iOS as for android to "connect"/bridge the physical part with the digital part of the game. The app needs image/tracker recognition, connection with cloud/server and some basic game mechanics. Functions of the app: 1 - recognize image, simple menu, buttons to start an action 2 - actions: play video; open specific url 3 - 5 AR simple games Ex: maze One card has a maze designed, app recognizes the image and transforms the card in the maze and a AR ball appears. Button to start. Through card/maze rotation, player tries to get the ball from one side to the other. Timer so 2 players could do a 1vs1 timed game. 4 - record screen/share facebook (*live) AR/Vuforia When camera points to the "cards box", Vuforia tracks table and saves the scene.
