Oculus Room VR in Unreal

We would like to create an Oculus Rift game with Unreal Engine 4. Two players: one player wearing the Oculus Rift, one player at the pc where the Oculus is connected. The user wearing the Oculus Rift should be able to se, first of all, a grafical presentation for about 10-15 sec of our Team, with our business logo (already created) and some spectacular effects. We don't have fixed requests for this, we would like to let you enjoy yourself with some graphical effects. More spectacular effects you can create, more satisfation for us, we like some images of our business logo somewhere on the room. After the presentation the user wearing the Oculus should be sitting in a rectangular room. The Room can be very simple... we just need a rectangual room with a windows on the left wall with a landscape (at your choise) outside the window, some neon light on the roof top and a wall in front of the user at 4m distance. All other effects in the room are optionals and at your discrection. In the wall in the front of the user, we should recreate a painting image. At first, the window is open, the roof top lights are turned on and no painting image is shown on the wall. When the second user, at the PC not wearing an Oculus, press a "start" button on his console the the window one the room should close, the lights turn off and a mechanical arm puts in front of the user face with oculus rift a layer with only two holes for the eyes. The first painting image appears on the wall. The user wearing Oculus should be able to see the painting images on the wall trought the 2 holes in the layer like if he's wearing a pair of glasses. The user at the pc, should be able to change the painting image at his choise from a list of 4. The user at the pc, should be able to "close" one of the hole on the layer, let the user with the Oculus see the painting images only with one eye.
