C# programmer to develop a Unity spawner

I need someone to develop a enemy spawner for my game. The game is being developed in unity 2020. Here are the requirements. 1. Infinite spawning based on time and random location beyond the camera. The time should be configurable. Ex: 10 enemies for 3 minutes, 20 enemies on scene for 5 mins etc. Infinite time slabs should be configurable. 2. Game object pooling. 3. All enemies should be entering the scene from random direction 4. Infinite types of enemies with their own speeds. 5. There should be a blinking effect when the enemy is about to enter the scene. This effect should be at the place where the enemy is entering. 6. Optionally we need all spawing to be towards a empty gameobject. 7. Fastforward button should be given to support 1x, 2x and 3x spawing. 8. Everything should be configurable in the editor. Please quote the price and time required.
