Interactive face for chatbot

Interface requirements Game development We require the development of a high-quality male and female digital face (avatar) that will connect to an IBM Watson Assistant endpoint. The face needs to receive the “text to speech” file from IBM Watson Assistant service and animate the avatar's mouth with the corresponding words. Additionally: • Suitable subtle movements of the facial expressions and movement of the head would also be required. • The avatar must also me reasonable realistic. • The service must be able to be ported so that it can be serviced in a cloud platform (IBM Cloud or Azure preferred.) • Future enhancements would be: • Creation of additional faces • More realistic faces Useful platforms to build this may be: FaceFX [login to view URL] Unity Game engine (LipSync Pro) [login to view URL] Prototype first and then final solution.
