UNITY 3D DEVELOPER EXPERT

I am looking for an Unity 3D Expert to do the following: 1) adjust admob banner at the bottom of the gameplay. (this part is done just need a little adjustment to make sure the banner is not showing when pop-up windows are open and also it needs to move up so it is not overlapping the UI) 2)The ability to add deal screen which allow me to add a banner promoting what ever amount of gems and coins that I am giving away for an amount of price. - Ability to upload an image/banner on firebase (turn the image/banner on or off) - Once the image/banner is turned on, if the user opened the app they will see the image or banner - Ability to change the price of the deal (which is something that should be manage on IAP on iTunes connect and playstore) - Ability to put the amount of coins or gems the user received by purchasing the deal (using firebase to add those values) - It has an x button (that x button can be found in the game assets) which allow the user to close the deal banner - If the user close the app and re-launch the app the banner will pop-up again unless it was turn off by admin on firebase. 3) need both iOS and Android build to test and verify everything.
