UX-UI Designer for Aviation mobile APP on iPad

Hello, we need a UX/UI designer to help us build an aviation Mobile App. This is an aircraft logbook app, that allows user to (not exhaustive list):
View aircraft flights,
Create aircraft logbook entry,
Create maintenance entries,
View maintenance dashboard and maintenance details,
View/create Cabin logbook entries.
We already started working on the design internally but due to lack of time we need a support designer.
We require a Freelancer who is interested in a long term relationship with us. After the initial release it is very likely that the product will be extended with new functionalities in the future, and we have other aviation app designs to be done.
Project Requirements:
Plan, draft, iterate (unlimited) and design the UX functionality, flow, and story, using the latest trends and techniques. This should result in a User Flow Diagram (we will help you with the aviation part of the requirements, you are expected to add the UX/UI expertise).
The application will have 4 user types
1- Pilots
2- Company hired mechanic
3- 3rd party mechanic
4- Cabin crew
Plan, draft, iterate (unlimited) and deliver a product wireframe, from which we can work as a blueprint. This should result in a Wireframe that can be used with the Marvel Pop app.
Plan, draft, iterate (unlimited) and design the UI functionality, flow, and story, using the latest trends and techniques. This should result in mockups with animations in Sketch, Zeplin.
Also, full access to the design must be proven and provided including all assets, materials, images, vectors during the whole process.
The project must be completed and delivered in phases and the payment will be divided into 4 milestones:
User Flow Diagram,
Wireframes,
Mockups,
Store promotion materials, app icons, etc,
Bonus payment for quality.
The designer must provide verified evidence of relevant project experience, and sign a nondisclosure agreement.
