Create Google Earth video and edit it into an existing Google Earth video

I had this video created for me some time ago: [login to view URL] As you can see, it ends with a zoom on Constanta city in Romania. This needs to be changed, it has to end with a zoom on this spot: [login to view URL] If you go through my video, then you see that at 28s it stalls, showing Romania, with Brasov in the center. You could make a new Google Earth video that starts there, and zooms on the new spot, and then make a soft cut at 28s so the transition will be smooth and transparent. I will pay $25 maximum for this. It is not much but this is not a commercial project but a volunteer project for helping stray dogs and cats in Romania.
