I've created a 30 sec commercial for YouTube etc in the software Lightworks, unfortunately I can't export in an acceptible codec format.
I have the video, music, jpg final slide all ready they just need to be put together using your own software and exported with these exact specs, attached. Theres 3 options - Mpeg-2, Uncompressed and Quicktime.
As long as what you give me passes their specs then the project will be complete.
