Waste Water Tank process PLC program, PLC simulation and SCADA

DESCRIPTION: I have two pumps in WASTE WATER TANK. Each pump is protected with MOTOR PROTECTED SWITCH from thermal overload, and has contactor which will turn on the pump. Waste water tank has hydrostatic probe for measurement level of the tank, also waste water tank has 4 level floats for controling pumps. PLC PROGRAM: I want somone who can make PLC program like Ladder diagram (S7 300) who will control work of the pumps. As i said level floats will control work of pumps. 1st level float (LOW LOW LEVEL) will be for the turning off pumps (in case that the second level float is corrupted) 2nd level float (LOW LEVEL) will be for the turning off pumps 3rd level float (HIGH LEVEL) will be for the turning on pumps 4th level float (HIGH HIGH LEVEL) will be for the turning on pumps (in case that the third level float is corrupted) Pump must work in FLIP/FLOP mode, each time must be turned ON different pump. In case that one pump is corrupted then other pump must be always turned on when HIGH LEVEL will come. Each pump must have his own count of working hours. PLC SIMULATION: This situation must be made IN PLC SIMULATION (Digital Inputs/outputs). And when you send me a program everything must be working For SCADA (TIA): on screen must be show process, waste water tank, pumps, hydrostatic probe and level floats. Level of waste water in tank must be seen (How is going up or down VIDEO: Freelancer who is hired must make video explanation about PLC program, PLC simulation and SCADA how is everything made Functions, etc... In short when I watch video that i know to make everything like YOU Video must be in format 1280x710 HD excellent quality Freelancer must know to work in video editing software (After Effects).
