CAD Drafting, 3D Rendering, Video of small Hotel Facility

We need a very competent CAD specialist ready to draft a small Touristic Hotel Facility according to our instruction (attached is an idea how we want the complex designed and built). We require the following:
(1)Detailed Shop CAD Drawing of the facility including but not limited to: Elevations, Sections, Plans, Door and Window Schedule, Specifications, Finished Schedules, Filing details, Ironmongery Schedules etc.
(2)Exterior (also Garden and green area) & Interior design
(3)3D Rendering of the Facility
(4)Walk Through Video, showing the entire facility
The Land size is one (1) Hectare (10.000 square meters) in Marrakech (Morocco), it is 125 meters (Road side) times 80 meters.
As placed on our attached drawing, the facility will have the following:
(1)Reception / Lobby area (GF: Ground Floor) + Level 1 (Could be used for Offices and Conference centres)
(2)30 rooms on Ground Floor (FG) + Level1 (L1) + Level 2 (L2) (on each level 10 rooms including bathrooms), with either private terraces or balconies.
(3)Night Club (GF)
(4)Piano Bar (GF + L1)
(5)Restaurant (GF + L1)
(6)Cafeteria (GF + L1)
(7)SPA & Beauty Centre (GF + L1)
(8)Bowling Centre (GF)
(9)Wedding Sale (GF)
(10)Villa (GF + L1), it must have 1 Reception Area in GF and another Reception Area in L1 + 2 Senior Suites + 3 Junior Suites, 1 Kitchen, 1 Swimming Pool
(11)Hotel Swimming Pool
(12)Snack Bar / Chill out Lounge (Semi Open Air)
