Build a small camera for UV video

Looking for someone to build me a prototype similar to sunscreenr. It is a UV camera to display monitor system that enables one to see sunscreen when it is applied to someone's skin. [login to view URL]

At the bottom of their website, they show how their UV camera works. My goal is to not only use the smallest camera possible that gets 1080 HDMI, but also a very small display (less than 2 inches), like the ones found on AdaFruit.com. I do not care about the aesthetics (all the wires can be hanging out. What I do care about is that it uses the thinnest and smallest components possible. I will be fitting into a small case similar to that on the sunscreenr website. It should also be powered by a small rechargeable battery, like that in a cell phone. It does not need to have anysort of recording capability. I want it to live stream straight to the display monitor.
