Create a Corporate Animated Video to invest in Tanzania

We need a corporate animated video to present this website which promotes investments in Tanzania. It should be of relatively short length (1-3 min?) and based on the following story: 1) A foreign investors, like a banker, in US or UK (white) , search on the internet for investment opportunities in Africa/Tanzania. 2) It links to [login to view URL] 3) He reads the content (flip through the website) and then see a banner. He click on the banner which leads to the advertisers. 4) HE send an email to the advertisers and ask to meet to discuss business. 5) He visits Tanzania and the advertisers (who is looking for investment) and does a deal with him (an african black person). Like they shake hands and sign agreement. It could be animated only, no need for actual images. It should be corporate , superslick and nice music. Audio description is an extra option. thanks
