Hi! I've got a 3D printer with an all-metal hotend that can print in Ultem (most 3D printers use Teflon liners in the extruder that will burn out well before they reach Ultem's 370°C flow temperature), the Ultimaker 3 with the HardSolex upgraded nozzle. I also have many years of experience with SolidWorks (and more advanced 3d modelling programs like Rhinoceros 3D) and honestly consider myself a master with it, even with surfacing. Additionally, I have worked on a couple medical devices, including a rongeur [ok, not the most relevant I admit], plus a device I cannot disclose info on due to NDAs that is a kind of robot, and my own ongoing PhD research [basically a special type of external orthosis]. I would be happy to sign an NDA with you and then discuss your project in greater detail.
