Hey Jackson! I am just a little confused, so is the video 90 minutes or the deadline of this project? Please clarify in chat, I would be able to reedit my bid accordingly. That being said, I can most certainly help you with those clips and also the voiceovers. About the voiceover, I can run it through a professional audio production software called Ableton, if you've heard of it. That way I can process it and master the track too if you would like, I will use a plugin called Waves for correcting and mixing the audio. And as far as the video is concerned, I would ofcourse use After Affects for that. You can trust me on this one.
