Long Term Opportunity: Video and Animation- Creation and Edition

Dear freelancer, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU BID. I am searching for a long term responsible freelancer for video creation and edition whom I can hire for my work. I am only interested in proper freelancer who would be professional and can create one video for me per day, 5 days a week. Frechlancer are welcome to apply. For project terms and conditions: Mandatory: You must be able to create and edit high quality videos. You must adhere to all Youtube rules. Like no copyrighted content, no violence, etc. Mandatory: You must have good drawing skills to create cartoon-style videos. Recommended: If you have experience or knowledge in creating animated videos that will be a huge asset. Optional: If you have experience or knowledge in SEO techniques that will be an asset. Optional: If you have experience or knowledge in Social Media marketing that will be an asset. For topics, I am looking for funny short stories. You must be versatile and creative, and the topic can be anything as long as it is funny. For compensate right now I can only go upto $4/video. If its too low for you, I apologise, but there is no need to bid. Payment will be on a weekly basis on Thursday ($20). Please forbid yourself from bidding if you need advance pay, like milestone.
