Make me an 2D animated cartoon music video

Calling 2D cartoon animators! We are a Hong Kong based indie rock band who just released a the first single off a new album two months ago with the next one coming out pretty soon. We made a claymation video ourselves for the first music video and for the leading track of the next release we want to do a sequel to the first, but with different animation style and are considering 2D cartoon. I am open to animation styles and methods (Flash, Toonboom, traditional etc) Please check out the video first and see if it's something you'd be keen to work on. Then let us know your rate for a 4:30 song. As for scope, we are looking for a 2D animator but we will develop the narrative, most of the storyboard and the character design ourselves. Regarding timeframe, ideally we are hoping to have it by the end of the year if possible. If not, please include your expected leadtime.
