I need a video animator to turn my short book into a video

I have a book that i want turned into a three minute video animation to help promote my book's ideas. The video must reflect the four core ideas of the book and present how these could be used by citizens to compel politicians to improve their political performance. The concept is to portray to viewers 1) how much control they could exert over politicians and government if they had the powers described by the video, and also 2) how beneficial this would be for the nations of the world, as well as humanity overall to stop the lunatics who run our governments from destroying our planet. To guide you through this project you will need to read the whole of Chapter 2, subchapter 3.2 from page 76 onwards, and whole of Chapter 4. More specifically: There are three stages to controlling politicians; at stage 1 before elections, we run a "test drive" or "free trial" to all candidates to discover who are elegible to run for offices. At stage 2 after elections, offices of state are handed out to those who succeeded in a "pay-as-you-go" basis, which means that although their term in office may be for 4 or 5 years they are periodically examined i.e. every month or every three months to secure they are keeping up with the common good of the people; if not, they are individually recalled from office and never allowed to run again. At stage 3, things move up a level as the people have the power to ask and get a "refund" of their vote to a specific Government as a collective unit. This is done by running a Recall Day at the end of every year during a Government's term in office, with the compulsory participation of citizens who have the right to legally overthrow their government and substitute it with another. However, a fourth component is necessary to be added to stages 2 and 3; this is the inescapable punishment of politicians who are recalled from office either individually or as collective unit.
