Need 2d or white board or illustration Promo videos

We are a company who promote educational training of 100s of trainers and their products. We need someone who can build our promo videos in animaker or other software of their choice. We need these videos in 2d, but whiteboard video are also admissible. How we work 1. We will explain our requirement. (like ) 2. You will prepare script of it 3. Prepare a story board 4. Animate it in 2d 5. Do voice over - English (later on in Hindi too if you can) We need 100s of videos like this We will prefer someone who can do all the above thing so that we will have one stop solution. But if anyone can do part of the above 5 points then we can collaborate with others. Video length will be from 1 - 2 minutes.
